This time I had Uji Hojicha Latte (Iced), the barista there said it’s similar to matcha which I didn’t find similar but I do like their Matcha it’s a must try! Apart from that the vibe of the place is really nice, the songs, the seating The Baristas are very efficient with their work! It’s them who are keeping this place with this such a nice energy

A slightly pretentious vibe but overall really liked it!! No laptops on weekends or past 5pm any day. The coffee is good. I’ve heard the matcha is good. The desserts looked yummy too. They have a gluten free basque cheesecake. The wifi is good. Biggest complaint is that the tables can’t fit both a 13” laptop and a drink lol. The bathroom is bougieeeee.

My quest this weekend visiting TO: a simple order--double shot in a ceramic cup--finally was realized here after a few failed attempts at supposedly reputable espresso counters. In presentation, cacao forward Brazilian bean flavours, and good vibes, Neo gave me easily one of the best of thousands of shots I've ever had outside my own home. A ritual can be an external symbolic representation of an inner truth: Drinking a NEO shot is aligning with the slow and mindful craft of careful food preparation, evocative of the complexities and delights present within the substance at hand.

Great way to spend a Sunday morning in downtown Toronto! Loved the double espresso and the muffin was quite tasty - apparently this was part of their muffin/coffee combo and I love good quality food for a reasonable price! I was in the mood for a coffee/pastry in lieu of an official Sunday brunch, and we decided to venture to the new Neo on Gloucester. Having been to the one at College, we knew the coffee would be good, but I forgot about the no tablet/laptop rules (I mean, I honestly thought the smaller tables would be a deterrent for people, but I’m always impressed at peoples’ commitment to their screens). I was extremely cognizant of how often I’m on my phone at this coffee shop, and I ended up leaving a new woman, determined to be more present and in the moment.

I am in love with the atmosphere of this place. Their offerings are curated but very high quality. It’s a healing experience just to sit and have a treat here. Will be back for sure. Extra note: The matcha here is very high quality but I highly recommend their regular espresso lattes. It blew me away.

I’ve been to two different Neo Cafe locations, and both were great. I personally prefer the vibe at the Spadina location, but the Wellington one is decent too. The best thing about this place is definitely the coffee—it tastes amazing. That said, my experience at this location was a bit different. It took much longer to get my order, and they forgot the pastry I paid for, so I had to remind them. They have a few different pastries, but I’m not sure if they’re made in-house. Honestly, I come here just for the coffee—it’s that good. If you’re looking for pastries, you can probably find better elsewhere.

10/10 atmosphere! i went during their grand opening and there was a short line but nothing too major! ordered matcha latte, iced mocha and the cake (pumpkin orange cake maybe? i forgot) the drinks are made fresh and so is the cake! amazing spot to chill and chat :-)

I had such a wonderful experience at this cafe! The chai latte was perfectly spiced and so comforting. I also tried their banana chocolate muffin, and it was absolutely delicious. But the highlight for me was their orange hot chocolate—it’s hands down the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a cozy place to enjoy amazing drinks and baked goods !
